HyperX Cloud II wont playback audio?

Ok so what I mean by playback audio is normally a noise canceling headset plays your voice though your headset so that it's easier to talk if you can't hear yourself. So the problem I am having is it only works on Xbox One, like when I use it on my computer I can't hear my own voice when it is plugged in via usb but I can hear my own voice when it is plugged into my xbox controller via 3.5mm jack. Is there a way I can make this work on PC? It is really annoying and is making me slur words often mostly with S and the TH sound in them. I sound really dumb.

Yes it is amazing for the price it is just sometimes gets annoying when talking alot but you can get used to it..
