I accidentally installed malware

So, today i was looking at PirateBay and i installed BitLord, PirateBay said it was a good torrent installer and stuff, so i downloaded it, and after i looked on the internet about it, everyone said it was malware and caused the PC to slow down. So i got a few pop-up ads, from the adware and stuff, i uninstalled everything that i didn't recognize. Now im not getting popups, but im still concerned. Can someone help me?

t53186 had a good suggestion too, assuming your PC is setup for restore. I always turn that crud off.

How do i restore it, i want to restore it back a week.

In the windows search bar type "System Restore" and hopefully its on and you have it set up and have a restore point from last week.

And MAYBE you should take this as a hint that pirating software isn't really free. Maybe you should pay for the stuff you want.
