I accidently deleted a downloaded picture on a LG Vortex phone

Can you tell what kind of App you used to download your deleted pictures?

Recuva is the way to go! Tried this on my SGA before. Works, but some pics are corrupted. http://www.piriform.com/recuva

Do you know is I need to download the Recuva onto Windows then plug my phone/USB into a computer

Yes, Recuva has an extension of .exe. It won't run on your phone. Plug your phone then use it as an external device. It's not the best way for internal memory. If you have an sd card, use your mem card reader.
