I am about to buy a Sager laptop. Are they the high quality laptop they seem to be?

Yeah Sager / Clevo are definitely some of the best on the market. A lot of smaller boutique vendors like Falcon Northwest, Origin, Xotic PC, MSI and so on sell rebranded and rebaged versions of their laptops.

I've owned a Sager 9270 for two years - never had a problem, great performance. I would not say that the fit and finish is "the highest quality" but I would say it is "good quality" and a great value at the price.

Bought mine from XoticPC.com and had great service - I've sent a few people there and everyone has had a really good experience. Their sales staff can really help you make good choices when customizing a laptop.

Thank you very much. They seem to be great but I have not seen a live model. Also, they want you to play $25 to guarantee that all the pixels work. I figure brand new, out of the box everything should work as built. Would you have an reservations about buying a Sager laptop?
