I have just built a new system, and to save all the words I will give you a brief question.
When I go to power on the system all the fans will light up and the board will light up. Problem after about 10-15 seconds the system will shut off and a few more seconds will go past and the system will power on again. It might be good to note I have a brand new Corsair PS, but when the fans power up, they seem to be running at a very minimum speed. Can someone please help?
