I am trying to swap my hard drive out but the screw the screw on the bottom right foot is stuck but not striped

Looks like you put the title in the body of the post and the body of the post in the title, so it cut it off.

You can try using a pair of needle nosed pliers to grab the screw from the sides and gently pull up when unscrewing it. It may just actually pull out if the space is stripped.

You an also try just turning it over and see if the screw falls out (just don't lose it). If it is in a stripped space, it may well just fall out.

Pull up on the opposite corner of the hdd. This'll put pressure on the screw, helping it to grab a thread further down the shaft.
