Solved! I bought new tecno pouvoir 2 when my laptop and if I use another android phone it shows

If I turn on hot spot, It doesn't show on my Computer,"no network fount" but if I use another phone it will show. Pls help

Sounds like that new device may not allow for wireless tethering. Some devices don't, or the manufacturer's block the option. Have you tried doing USB tethering?
