I can’t access my apps on my Acer laptop.

I made a new account on my acer laptop, and I can’t access any Apps on it. And it says “there’s a problem with (the app). Contact your system administrator about repairing or reinstalling it” I can’t even go to settings. How do I fix this?

You would have to go back to the master (admin) account on it and changing the settings for the new account to give it access to things.
