Question I can’t login to my Facebook because the sms is being sent to my old number and I don’t have the code generator on my new phone HELP

I changed my password Thursday not thinking about my new number it sending the code to my old one that is verified on my account ??‍♀️ I also never downloaded the code generator like an idiot so I don’t have a code for that either . I tried reporting to fb and also providing my drivers license for the gov I’d identify review.. but no word from Facebook. Any advice ? Also when I changed password I clicked log out of all other sessions so my laptop doesn’t have it pulled up still ? help please.

Do they not offer an option to have it sent by e-mail? If not, as bignastyid said, they are the only people who can help.
