I cannot even open Facebook.com.

When I attempt to open Facebook.com and use the instructions for unlocking my account I get an error message telling me my computer needs cleaned. I have downloaded F-Secure as was requested. I have ran cleanup and deep scan. I still cannot open my facebook account.

2. Download, install, update, and run Malwarebytes antimalware.
3. Listen to what the people at Facebook tell you when you call them.
