I can't answer calls on my Samsung j3!!!

My Samsung j3 dosent show when someone ttys to call me, I can hear it ringing but the screen just stays black! How can I fix it!??????!

Was the phone working normally beforehand? Was the phone dropped.

Could be the result of a failed update of some sort.

Do you have the User Guide/Manual?

Check the troubleshooting section.
