Question I can't boot from a USB drive

Hey. I just want to format my PC with USB drive but whenever I try to boot with USB I get really weird screen and I included an image of it. I've tried couple of USB and nothing changed. What is wrong with it and how can I fix it?

Hey sorry for the late response. I'm not sure what you mean by PE but bios is normal and working great. the issue happens when I try to boot. Everything looks great but I still have the same problem. My motherboard supports UEFI and I chose UEFI in the settings when burning the ISO with Rufus. I don't know what's wrong and please tell me what you need to know and thanks for helping me.
