I can't boot my windows

I'm stuck where it says "insert boot disk or disk USB to boot up" and and it says press any. Key. To continue and I can't continue and I tried f2 and f12 but the recovery doesn't show even when pressing zero

Sound like either the hard drive gotten loose inside the laptop or the hard drive failed
