Solved! i cant change my laptop refresh rate.. stuck at 60hz

i ordered an asus gl502vsk 7th gen gtx1070 ,and it was advertised as a laptop with a 120hz display.. to my surprise, it wasn't at all i was stuck at 60hz and couldn't even change the refresh rate no matter how hard i tried and searched for a solution .. i feel mislead and like ive just wasted my money on something i don't want.

If you feel that way about the device, return it and get a different one.

What is the link you ordered the system from? That model has three screen options, one is 120hz, two are 60hz.
