I can't connect 3.5mm jack on my android but the 3.5mm 4pole is connecting and its working.Please I need the answer guys..

This kind of doesn't make sense. You say you cannot connect, but you say something is connecting.
What exactly are you trying to connect that isn't working, and what is it that you are connecting that is working?
