I can't find any info on a RGX, only an RFX. Even on the Manufacturer's site. Are you sure it isn't an F rather than a G?

If it is in fact a G not an F then according to this info... https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GP62MVR-7RF-Leopard-Pro/Specification ... your keyboard lighting doesn't change color.

the thing is when i first bought it, it came with a dragon gaming center that let me change the color of the keyboard. and yeah i couldn't find information about the G model anywhere even on the msi website! Thank you though!
