i can't find my cursor on my laptop

When I turn on my dell laptop the cursor is there after I type in my password and go to next screen my cursor dissapers

Connect an external USB mouse to your system. Check device manager to confirm touch pad is enabled. I would suggest you to update the BIOS and touch pad drivers on the system.
