i can't open my Cd drive. i dont know how to open it, but it has shape similar to that of a CD player.

but there is something similar to that of a CD player. i have an ACER Aspire E15 Touch (E5- 571P-55TL).

The drive is on the right-hand side of the laptop and there should be a small button to open the drive. Check to make sure you have one though.
Open up My Computer/This PC - if there isn't a CD/DVD drive listed in there then you don't have one.

Open "My Computer"
Right click on optical drive and in options there should be "Eject". Press that and it shall open.

There was a version of this that did come with an optical drive as an option.

check the spec, it shows DVD-Writer as optical drive.
