i cant upload my photos from phone to laptop

after doing an avg clean up i cant upload my photos from my phone to my laptop

Well it is going to depend on how you are trying to do it.

1. You can upload the to a google account and then download them to the computer.
2. You can connect the phone to the computer via USB cord and then move the files over to an empty folder on the computer.

Those are the simplest and fastest ways to do it.
