Solved! I can't watch YouTube on my iPad

When I open the YouTube app and click on a video it loads, but then it says "an error occurred, tap to retry". So I did (multiple times) but it just keeps saying the same thing. I did a hard reset, but that didn't do anything. So I don't know what to do!

Try using another WiFi network to access YouTube to see how that works. Or you can restart the iPad.

Maybe your connection is weak and due to this loading error occurred, and I think this problem will be solved after using the other network connection.
