Question I connect to the internet but I can not access !

I can not access to any Microsoft product eg ( one-drive, Skype, ..) even to google chrome
but I can access to the internet
I am using windows10pro

set the network of windows to private instead of public network

How do you access the internet, while even the browser is not working? Is it just displaying, that it´s connected to the internet in the taskbar network icon?
