I deleted a core file compressor via Cydia.

As the title states I am a idiot who deleted a core file compressor using Cydia. Now my device is stuck in the infinite restart loop. I cannot restore, I cannot patch a old iOS version to work or anything. No upgrades or downgrades. Anyone have any ideas? This is on a iPhone 4 GSM using 5.1.1 iOS version. (I have tried to upgrade to 6.0.1 in DFU, Restore, as goes for 5.0.1 and 5.1.1) Oh and during restoration attempts via redsn0w the phone will not restart on the second waiting for reboot screen.
