I deleted channels on my elements tv by mistake & they will not scan back to tv, tv won't even show the channels as if they do

I deleted channels by mistake thinking I was adding them. Have no cable but all my other ones pick up35 channels. This is an element tv. Just got it in dec. it won't pull up any channels but the ones I didn't delete. Won't even show a diff ch. It's as if no other channels exist! I've unplugged it, researched, nothing! Help

Did you rescan for channels?
