I dropped my phone in water... again.

I dropped my LG Stylo in water for a few seconds and now it won't go passed the start screen. Any ideas?

Strip down and dry and place in a container full of raw rice for 24 hrs then reassemble and test. If no go then off to a fone shop as they can strip it right down and dry it properly.
