I forgot my phone number how do I find it on a ipad

Obtain pen and paper.
Ask someone that calls you what your phone number is.
Once they find it in their contacts, write it down.

Go to Settings/Messages/Send & Receive. Your phone number will be there (and probably your email too).
It's probably also under Settings/Facetime.
