Does this really take up less space? It would help if you added up the cubic inches including the speakers vs. a typical 2.1 soundbar with subwoofer.

I have a set of powered 2.1 studio monitors that I was thinking of using with my TV. Does the Wilm Amp Pro have a preamp out?

Hi, I bought the WIIM amp and use it to both stream audio and play my TV through my Martin Logan speakers. Both soundbars I owned were not very distinct in their audio quality - playing the sound through my speakers makes a huge difference. I also have the WIIM Pro to stream from my stereo (different room) to the Martin Logans

If you don't need the amplifier then you can look at the Wiim Ultra instead, or even one of the cheaper ones if you don't need HDMI arc.
