Normal broadcast channels are not received via an internet connection. What "channels" are you trying to receive?

Did you attach an antenna?
Did you set the TV to scan for over the air channels?
Did you scan for channels?
Reorienting the antenna can increase the number of channels. You have to run a scan again after trying different directions.
