I had my hard drive wiped on my dell laptop now it say no boot device found.

What Dell model?

What version of Windows, 7 8 or 10?

You can download an ISO image from Microsoft for any of them if you have your Windows key (for 7 or 8 that will be on a COA sticker) and for 10 it is in the bios and you can download the proper version and just install.
