I had the same problem and finally got it to reboot and still won't go past the RCA screen. What should I do

My RCA tablet are stuck on the RCA start up screen. I have rebooted and still stuck on the same screen. What now.

Try a factory restore to defaults, if it has a removable battery, pull that and re-seat it. Past that it's likely a hardware issue, often the memory chips fail when it can't start like this.
