I have a 73 in Mitsubishi television green light will power on but no sound or picture what could it be

My TV has a green light on but I can't get nothing to show up no picture or sound what could it be

Have you already checked if it is on the right input for the device that the picture and sound is coming from. For example the input for the receiver or the input for a game console?
