As far as I can tell your wave radio doesn't internally support wireless speakers of any kind and doesn't have a line level output you could use to connect a bluetooth transmitter.
You could connect one to the headphone jack but that would usually turn off the speakers inside the wave radio. If that's acceptable then you can add a BT transmitter to it and use an brand bluetooth speakers you like.
