I have a budget of around 90$ maybe a bit more and I cant decide which headphones to pick up.

I have two in mind.

Plaintronics game com 780 and/or Steelseries Siberia V2.

I am not from US or any country with same prices so in my country 90 dollar headphones are probably alot more then 90$ in US, so try to be in same price range as the two headphones above.
