Solved! I have a dell laptop. Regular model P28F. I see the outline of a disk drive but don't know to open it

The laptop has the drive outine but I don't know to open it ad there is no button

Do you mean a dvd drive. most cheap laptop don't come with dvd drive anymore.

With your laptop' service tag number, go to Dell' support page, and download service manuals. They'll explain how to get it apart.
