We have no way of looking up information on your device using the IMEI number. I would suggest you contact your service provider/carrier and see if they can track it for you. You should also have them cut the service to the device, so someone doesn't run up your bill.

Lastly, I would make sure you log into any accounts you had accessed through the phone and change all the passwords, before someone else accesses them.
