i have a lenovo laptop with windows 10

at 56% it shows that it is not charging i.e not fully charging

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try if it will charge or not.
- If it will still not charge properly, uninstall/reinstall the battery driver from Device Manager.
- And if that will still not work try to power the laptop without it's battery. Once the laptop is on put the battery back in and see if that will work.
- Next to try is a different AC adapter that has the same voltage and test if it will charge the laptop.
- If all these will not work then the problem lies with the battery itself.
