I don't have internet (wifi) at my house but do have it on my LG Stylos 4 is there a way to watch things on my phone to my Sony tv?

That phone is not MHL compatible so you can't use an adapter to connect it to your TV. Without wifi you can't use a Chromestick. Sorry.
