I have a new phone and new provider t mobile. My old phone was metro PC's can I still get my contacts from my old phone to my new one

are the contact sync to an online account? add the same account to the new phone.
If not do it manually.

Hi, if you have a Google Account follow these steps:
.Press the "Contacts" icon on your phone.
. Press the "Menu" button and select "Move device contacts to".
. Choose to save Android contacts to "Google."
. Press "OK". Your Android contacts will be saved to your Google Account.
. Open your Gmail account on your computer. You can see that all contacts on your Android device have been synced to Gmail.
