I have a Panasonic TV (not new). I also have an Amazon Fire Stick. While in the TV input, it switches to netflix on it's own

Panasonic TV switches input by itself to Netflix.

If you mean that the TV switches to the input that you plugged the Firestick into then try turning off CEC in the TV set up menu.

Where is CEC in menu? I can’t find.

Panasonic calls it HDAVI, EZsync or Viera link.
Should be in the set up menu maybe under HDMI control.
The owners manual is your friend (but not a very clear one).
