I have a Polaroid tablet and when l try to put on my WiFi it turns off and Mac address unavailable what should l do

If the tablet itself is turning off when you try to access WiFi then I would wonder if there is something fishy on the tablet.

You may want to run some good virus and malware checks on the tablet.
