I have a problem in my samsung grand duos. .. I can't hear anything when I have any call and the one whose calling can't hear

No one hears me and I can't hear any body when I have any call ...

If you already checked your volume settings, try rebooting it. If that does not work, try a factory reset after you backup your data and contacts. If that does not work, contact your service provider to check things.
