I have a problem with my samsung galaxy y..please help me

I have updated my samsung galaxy y to android 4.0.6 and I did a hard reset,now my phone just keep restarting..please help me..what I can do ? I have tried this way volume +,home key and turn on/off key but doesnt done nothing

You may have to reset the phone to factory condition.
