I have a problem with my screen, its making lines and I can''t see!

So I have this problem for some time, I tried to solve it, I sent it to some It guys to repair it but none could solve it. So what is there to do? Here are some pictures of the problem

Does that same problem happen if you plug in an external monitor? Because if not the problem may lie in the ribbon that connects the LCD display of that laptop into the motherboard. Chipped or damaged ribbon could result to that same problem you're having right now.
