i have a proveiw tv and it.doesnt work because it is on the wrong chanel. how do i fix it

i have proveiw tv. i acciddently pressed the chanel button instead of the volume button. hpw do i get back to the chanel

If by chanel you mean TV channel then press the other channel button. If you pressed up then now press down.
If by chanel you mean the input selector then if depends on the TV. Sometimes you keep pressing it until you return to the tuner or input you want. Sometimes a menu comes up and you go up and down until you find the correct one.
