I have a sprint phone with clean ESN, how to I switch it to Verizon?

I have a Galaxy S3 from Sprint, it has a clean ESN number, How do I activate it to Verizon, I already have a plan with Verizon

You would need to speak with a representative from Verizon, probably in-person at a store if you can. That's not really something you can do on your own, unless the policies and processes have changed recently.
