Solved! I have a toshiba satellite. it's stuck on white screen, then the keyboard stopped working. I hooked it to my desk top monitor.

Yes it works while hooked to my desk top.

So screen or connection to screen is bad, re-seat the connections to the motherboard from the LCD screen, if that does not help you can try replacing the screen. Since the laptop is working with an external monitor the video card and system itself looks to be OK.
