I have been running a laptop of a usb

hey guys so i have a laptop that for like 2 months has been running linux mint 17 and it feels slower and i have shut it down all the time. Is the usb wearing out? Is it a software issue. Is it just because i've been running this off a usb thanks

Hi, the USB is not wearing out, you may check the temperature, and maybe clean the fan, this will be the first thing to check.

thank you Jarotech. I found out the problem is i have 65 errors on my computer and its because i always pull out the plug on my laptop(has no battery) when it freezes and dont shut down properly. I now hold the power which shuts it down for me.
