i have installed realtek audio driver but still no sound

what can i do, i have install realtek audio driver but in the control panel is still appears "no audio device"

Where did you get the driver from?

Does Device Manager show any error symbols such as a ? for unknown device?

i don't know much but it is acer aspire and i got the driver from realtek website, no at the device manager it appears the driver is well installed and working properly.

Strictly speaking, as with all drivers for your laptop, you should have got the audio driver from your laptop maker's website, so try that (uninstall the existing Realtek driver first though).
