Please help, anybody! This is driving me crazy. I just installed realtime player and now my computer won't let me open it because it cannot access the pathway and I might not have permission to do this. What the heck is going on? Since they replaced my hard drive, I am having trouble with trying to reinstall and access after installation many of the files, nothing seems to be working quite right. I have tried deactivating the user accounts controls, I have right clicked and gone into the properties of the program and given permission to everyone and have tried to right click on the programs and
run as administrator but they won't let me. Please somebody help me????

Solution
are you on an admin account? check group user policy via computer management that your account is actually administrator group and not a power user
