I have laptop Asus Rog G551JM won't turn On

I have laptop Asus Rog G551JM doesn't work anymore on the charger and the battery doesn't charging but the laptop works very well on the battery with the knowledge I tested the battery and charger are working very well

Hi, It sounds like you may have damaged your DC jack when you connect your charger does it feel loose at all?

Thank you for your answer,
I checked the voltage of the connectors of the laptop where the battery fits and there are 4.8V. Seems not enough to charge the battery
