Solved! I have never had a problem with I unplugged it and still know sound, please hell

I lost sound to my fire stick and I never had a problem, I did reboot it back to manufacturers settings, not sure what happened, I also unplugged it to

Are you using an audio receiver or is the sound coming only from the TV? How about when you unplug the firestick, are you still hearing any sound? Check all possible cables connected if you are using an audio receiver.
